Skillinge Emalj
In Skillinge on Österlen, there is one of Sweden's few manufacturers of enamel signs. The company is run by Helena Leander Åkesson with two employees. The focus is traditional crafts AND new form. Skillinge Enamel also makes tables, mirrors, clocks and kitchen details - in enamel.
| Service | Cuts and cups cold rolled steel sheet, nibble free shapes, laser cut when precision is premiered, edge folding cassettes for stability. The base enamel is burned to the plate at 830 degrees, after which each color is burned separately. Each sign or detail undergoes 14 work steps. |
