Wålstedts produces high-quality yarns and wool products from Swedish wool. The spinning mill has a unique machine park that can spin long fibers. The yarns that Wålstedts has in its own production are a fingertip mixture of different types of wool to achieve a consistent, durable and recurring quality. The wool for these yarns is also dyed on site. The spinnery spins both s-twisted and z-twisted yarn.

The spinning mill was founded in 1918 and the logo that remains from that time symbolizes the sheep, Dalarna, the family and the spinning wheel, the four cornerstones that are still the most important in the company today.
